Policies

We are a pet friendly community and welcome both dogs and cats. Only one pet over 30 pounds is permitted per home and a pet deposit is required. Some breed restrictions do apply, please contact our office for a complete listing.

Because of water, flooding damage, fish aquariums are not allowed. Pets that are accepted and permitted on the premises shall remain in the apartment except when taken out on a leash and accompanied by an attendant.

Cats are not permitted to run loose on the property at any time. The Management reserves the right to revoke the privilege of having dogs, cats or pets of any kind in any apartment or on the premises.

Financial Obligations:

A late fee amounting to 10% of the monthly rent will be assessed if the rent is not paid by the 5th day of the month. After the 15th day of the month rent will not be accepted without prior arrangements, and tenants with unpaid rent are subject to eviction.

Security Deposit is required of all tenants prior to moving into an apartment. The security deposit will be refunded when the tenant moves out, provided that 1) All financial obligations are met. 2) The required vacating procedures have been followed, as outlined in the lease. Any damage to the apartment, cleaning that needs to be done or violations of rules may result in partial or complete forfeiture of the security deposit as determined by the Management.

After the tenant has given his/her 30 day written notice to vacate, the Management reserves the right to show the apartment to prospective tenants with reasonable notice given to the present Tenant, and to carry out any repairs or renovations considered necessary by the landlord to re-let the apartment to a future tenant. The latter action will only be undertaken if the management considers, at their sole discretion, that this can be achieved without major disruption to the outgoing tenant.
